Lime-Cilantro Rice

What you’ll need :
1 cup of long grain white rice
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cups of water

1. Bring water to a boil. Add rice and butter, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Stir the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Add to freshly cooked rice prior to serving.
